About the role
We are looking for BOH Prep & Line Cooks to join our team in Santa Clara, California. This is a full-time, mid-level position.
Pay
$20.00/hour base pay plus $2.50–$3.50/hour in tips.

Responsibilities
- Prepare all served food following detailed recipes for a scratch kitchen
- Cook food, manage production, and ensure presentation of all food on the line
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect, clean, and maintain food preparation areas
- Ensure food is stored and cooked at proper temperatures
- Ensure the freshness and quality of food by tasting
Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to adapt and follow instructions
- Ability to move freely around the kitchen
- Ability to lift loads of 25–50 pounds
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment including fryers, grills, and more
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cooking and culinary arts (a plus)
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment
- High-level knife skills
- Strong attention to detail
