BOH Line Opening & Closing Supervisor

The Copperfield | Chaska, MN $20-$25 per Hour | Part-Time The Copperfield is a modern neighborhood restaurant and bar connected to the Chaska Curling and Event Center. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a unique view of the curling rink right from the restaurant. We’re looking for a BOH Line Opening & Closing Supervisor to help lead our kitchen team and keep each shift running smoothly. About The Role This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows their way around a kitchen and enjoys helping a team succeed. You’ll be responsible for opening or closing the kitchen, supporting the line team during service, and making sure food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen standards are consistently met.
