Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items consistently and accurately
• Follow recipes and presentation standards
• Complete prep lists and maintain station organization
• Operate kitchen equipment safely
• Maintain food-safety and sanitation requirements

Requirements

• Passion for cooking and learning
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy kitchen
• Strong attention to detail
• Culinary experience helpful but not required
