BOH Associate

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with daily inventory replenishments
• Maintain all back of house and stockroom standards inline with brand expectations
• Aid in managing incoming deliveries and ensure shipment accuracy upon receipt
• Create weekly stock management reports
• Share feedback on processes to help optimize efficiency throughout the season
• Aid in reviews of stock flow and storage processes
• Support management with cycle counts and stock takes
• Support merchandising teams in the preparation of floor moves and visual merchandising updates

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations and stock handling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as a team with a keen attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel
• Flexible working hours
