Body Systems Static/Dynamic Sealing Engineer
About the role
Our Client is looking for an energetic, and organized, Body Sealing Engineer to join their growing team. The Sealing Engineer will be responsible for the development of sealing components and systems. Develop and implement functional objectives to meet project performance targets. Manage all aspects of sealing components and systems to meet project requirements including performance, cost, mass, timing, manufacturability, etc. Lead collaboration between internal/external teams and suppliers to meet all project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of an energetic team that's challenging the status quo of vehicle design.
- Responsible for the development of sealing components and systems.
- Develop and implement functional objectives to meet project performance targets.
- Manage all aspects of sealing components and systems to meet project requirements including performance, cost, mass, timing, manufacturability, etc.
- Lead collaboration between internal/external teams and suppliers to meet all project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
- 5+ years of vehicle design experience related to static and dynamic sealing.
- Knowledge of design considerations required for robust cabin sealing performance.
- Excellent communication and team building skills.
- Ability and Desire work in a fun and fast paced environment.

- Immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the United States.
