Overview
The Body Shop Technician TR is a learning role that begins the exterior finishing process. This includes learning about the Body Shop role and Cirrus processes, developing early skills in inspecting aircraft components, and applying body filler and sanding techniques.
Responsibilities
- Learn about Body Shop role and Cirrus processes
- Develop early skills in inspecting aircraft components, sub-assemblies, and composite parts
- Identify and communicate defects or errors to supervisor
- Listen and follow instructions, asking questions as needed
- Manually apply body filler per procedures to establish a smooth surface contour and finish
- Utilize air tools and hand tools for high-volume sanding
- Adhere to personal protective equipment requirements
- Follow safety data sheets, technical data sheets, and hazardous waste disposal procedures
- Use planning documents to ensure accurate completion of job duties
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Able to read drawings/blueprints and calculate dimensions with accuracy
- Knowledge of basic tools and good judgment

Pay
Pay Range: USD $16.33/Hr. - USD $24.50/Hr.
Sign On Bonus: USD $3,000.00
