Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Repair and replace damaged vehicle body panels and components.
  • Perform structural and non-structural repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Inspect vehicles and identify repair requirements.
  • Utilize welding, measuring, and repair equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow company policies, manufacturer procedures, and safety standards.
  • Maintain quality workmanship and productivity expectations.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's values and commitment to customer service.
  • Qualifications

    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Previous experience as a Master Certified Technician or advanced Automotive Technician is preferred.
    • Must be at least 21 years old or have a minimum of three years of licensed driving experience.
    • A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
    • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills across multiple vehicle systems are necessary.
    • Leadership, coaching, and technician training experience is preferred.
    • The ability to effectively dispatch work and manage shop workflow is important.
    • Knowledge of manufacturer repair procedures, technical service bulletins (TSBs), and warranty requirements is essential.
    • The ability to operate diagnostic equipment, dealership management systems, and manufacturer software platforms is required.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are beneficial.
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
    • A professional appearance and work ethic are expected.

    Schedule

    Full-time, Monday-Friday
