Body Shop Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs including metal straightening, panel replacement, and frame alignment.
• Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine appropriate repair procedures.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding repair status and vehicle condition.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician.
• Strong knowledge of automotive body repair techniques and tools.
• Able to read and interpret repair estimates and technical documents.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate company vehicles if necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
