Body Shop Technician

NETC Fleet Services is growing fast — and our Exeter body shop is looking for a skilled technician who takes real pride in the work: clean panel repairs, straight frames, paint that matches perfectly. Responsibilities

• Perform body shop and collision repairs with attention to detail
• Work on clean panel repairs, frame straightening, and paint matching
• Collaborate with service writers and shop leadership to keep jobs moving

Requirements

• 2+ years of body shop / collision repair experience (commercial or heavy-duty experience is a plus)
• Valid driver's license (CDL a plus, not required)
• Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and hands-on work
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Your own hand tools or willingness to obtain them

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A — no restrictions on automatic transmission
• Proven lowbed and heavy/all-in equipment transport experience
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience
• Active DOT Medical Card and clean driving record
• Availability for rotating on-call weekends

$22.00-$36.00 per hour
