Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs on Mercedes-Benz and other luxury vehicles
• Disassemble and reassemble damaged vehicles with precision
• Work closely with estimators to assess hidden damage and repair needs
• Use OEM parts and follow Mercedes-Benz repair protocols
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry and manufacturer standards

Requirements

• Professional collision repair experience (Mercedes-Benz or luxury vehicle experience a plus)
• Proficiency in structural, frame, and body repairs
• I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must submit to and successfully complete an MVR, background check, physical, and drug screen
• Reliable, team-oriented, and professional demeanor
