The Hertrich Family of Dealerships & Collision Centers is hiring experienced Auto Body Painters / Paint Technicians to join our growing collision repair team. With 15 busy collision centers and a steady flow of insurance and customer repair work, this is your opportunity to join a company that values your skills and keeps technicians productive year-round. Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality automotive paint and refinishing work
  • Use computerized paint-matching and refinishing systems
  • Prepare vehicles for paint application and final finish work
  • Maintain paint equipment and clean work areas
  • Ensure repairs meet collision center quality standards
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Follow all safety and environmental procedures

Requirements

  • 2+ years professional auto body paint experience
  • Experience with computerized paint systems
  • Ability to paint a variety of makes and models
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Qualifications

  • ICAR and/or ASE certifications preferred
