Body Shop Estimator

About the role

Serpentini Collision center is seeking an experienced auto body estimator to join their growing and busy team. The position involves working with multiple DRP's such as Geico, Progressive, State Farm, and Nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive relationship with all body shop customers and staff.
• Writing an accurate estimate in either CCC or Mitchell.
• Scheduling customers and accurately keeping all customers updated on the status of their repairs.
• Loading job applications (Note: This task is not part of the responsibilities listed in the job posting).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an auto body shop.
• Willingness to train.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• The ability to write an accurate estimate.
• The ability to multi-task.
• Experience with CCC.
