Responsibilities
- Buff, brush, and polish vehicles to restore paint finishes.
- Prepare surfaces for painting and refinishing.
- Clean and maintain tools and workspaces.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures in the body shop.
- Collaborate with technicians and body shop staff to ensure quality workmanship.
- Absorb minor repairs and touch-ups as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive buffing, brushing, or a related role preferred.
- Ability to operate buffing and polishing equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of automotive body repair and finishing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and materials as needed.
