Work Environment

This role operates in an inbound call center or in-store support setting, depending on location. You’ll handle customer inquiries, process orders, and work in a fast-paced, goal-driven retail environment. A flexible schedule is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Customer service and inbound phone support
• Sales conversion and product knowledge
• First-contact problem resolution
• Communication via phone, chat, and system notes
• Order entry, tracking, and system navigation (BobSuite)
• Multi-tasking and performance metrics management (AOV, NPS, etc.)
• Scheduling and follow-up communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous phone sales or customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy; quick to learn systems and tools
• Empathy, adaptability, and emotional intelligence
• Prospecting, presentation, and closing skills
• Confidence in navigating conversations around price, product, and service
• Positive, team-first mindset with personal accountability

Minimum Qualifications

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems

Pay

Expected base pay starts at $12 per hour, plus commission.
