About the role

As an Online Sales Support Associate at Bob’s Discount Furniture, you will deliver world-class service through our online platforms, supporting guests with honesty, empathy, and enthusiasm—the “Bob’s Way.” You’ll play a key role in driving our omni-channel success by engaging with customers via chat, phone, and email, guiding them through their online shopping journey from product discovery to purchase and post-sale support.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple chat and phone interactions simultaneously, balancing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Provide product knowledge and feature explanations, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Focus on key metrics such as AOV, NPS, closing ratio, and chat response times.

Qualifications

• Experience in online chat or virtual sales is preferred.
• Background in phone-based sales or customer service.
• Strong computer literacy and typing accuracy.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and order management systems (e.g., BobSuite).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities: Pay: $18.50 - per hour

Schedule

Requires flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
