Primary Responsibilities

  • Participate in new boat construction from a bare hull through final delivery
  • Structural and finish woodwork/joinery
  • Fiberglass layup, repair, and fairing
  • Surface prep, painting, and coatings
  • Brightwork
  • Hardware installation and final assembly
  • Maintain an organized, professional work area
  • Able to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Work closely with the build team to meet quality standards and timelines
  • Willingness to always follow safety guidelines
  • Qualifications

    • Prior boatbuilding, shipwright, or closely related marine experience
    • Strong woodworking and fiberglass skills
    • Ability to read drawings and work from build schedules
    • High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
    • Self-motivated with solid shop habits
    • Team-oriented attitude
