Primary Responsibilities
- Participate in new boat construction from a bare hull through final delivery
- Structural and finish woodwork/joinery
- Fiberglass layup, repair, and fairing
- Surface prep, painting, and coatings
- Brightwork
- Hardware installation and final assembly
- Maintain an organized, professional work area
- Able to work both independently and in a team setting
- Reliable and punctual
- Work closely with the build team to meet quality standards and timelines
- Willingness to always follow safety guidelines
- Prior boatbuilding, shipwright, or closely related marine experience
- Strong woodworking and fiberglass skills
- Ability to read drawings and work from build schedules
- High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Self-motivated with solid shop habits
- Team-oriented attitude
