About the role

City Barbeque is seeking individuals who can provide great backyard hospitality, work independently, and contribute to a team environment. We are looking for candidates who can cross-train and work multiple stations, maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation, and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for each shift and practice proper time reporting (punch in and out accurately)
• Complete hot food prep assignments by following recipes accurately, neatly, and according to sanitation guidelines
• Work in collaboration to prepare take out and catering orders in a timely fashion
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently and thoroughly
• Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests

Requirements

To be considered for these positions, you must be able to work flexible hours and be available to work shifts that may vary in length and frequency. You should also have a strong understanding of safety protocols and be able to work independently.
