Board Operator
Overview
Audacy Detroit seeks Part Time Studio Board Operators for music WYCD-FM, WOMC-FM, WDZH-FM. We are looking for versatile team players who thrive in a fast paced, intense environment with superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Run the control board, following station format, arranging and playing commercials and IDs according to program and commercial logs
- Follow all applicable laws and FCC regulations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of Wide Orbit
- Prior studio/radio board operating experience
- Digital editing skills for Adobe, Vox Pro etc
- Proficient in audio mixing
- A solid understanding of radio broadcasting fundamentals, and demonstrate the capability to manage live broadcasts
About You
- Required & Preferred: High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required
- Axia Board operation is a plus
