Board Certified Otolaryngologist (M.D, D.O.) Washington L&I IME

Job Summary

Dane Street is expanding its physician panel to include Washington-licensed physician advisors to support L&I Independent Medical Exams. This opportunity involves conducting in-person IMEs at multiple clinic locations including Bellevue, Seattle, Everett, Spokane, and Vancouver.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Accepts cases, reviews all medical records, conducts physical exams, and completes a report addressing each question and clinical concern using the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Sixth Edition.
• Returns cases on or before the due date and time specified.
• Performs peer-to-peer calls/call attempts as required based on client-specific protocol, with the goal of obtaining information not included in medical records and any necessary clarification.
• Completes other duties as assigned, including addressing any necessary clarification, providing addenda as required (with additional compensation), identifying and responding to potential quality assurance issues, complaints, and regulatory issues.
• Must be in active practice and board-certified in Otolaryngology.
