Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments through history and physical exams

Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in General Pediatrics
- NYS License
- Active DEA License

Pay
Salary range of $132,485-$275,000, based on experience and qualifications, excluding bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
