New Dawn ABA is dedicated to helping children reach their full potential through compassionate, clinically rigorous care. We offer flexible full-time or part-time opportunities as a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS)
• Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care
• Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience developing ABA treatment plans and supervising staff
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Pay

$85,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty focus)
