Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS)
- Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care
- Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience developing ABA treatment plans and supervising staff
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Pay
- $85,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty focus)
