About the role
The BCBA will oversee ABA treatment programs for children with autism, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to drive meaningful client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- North Carolina licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience providing ABA services to children with ASD
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Pay
