Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop, refine, and standardize clinical policies and procedures across Utah
  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports
  • Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Maintain a caseload and deliver hands-on, high-quality clinical care
  • Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs
  • Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance using evidence-based practices
  • Perform functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with Utah state regulations, ethical standards, and quality benchmarks
  • Conduct regular treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks
  • Support clinic operations such as scheduling, staffing coordination, and problem-solving

Requirements

  • Current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification and UT LBA (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in ABA strongly preferred
  • Willingness to provide occasional in-home support
  • Reliable vehicle for local travel around Salt Lake County
  • Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred

Pay

$80,000 – $110,000 annual salary with room for advancement.
