Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop, refine, and standardize clinical policies and procedures across Utah
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports
- Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Maintain a caseload and deliver hands-on, high-quality clinical care
- Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs
- Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance using evidence-based practices
- Perform functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations
- Ensure compliance with Utah state regulations, ethical standards, and quality benchmarks
- Conduct regular treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks
- Support clinic operations such as scheduling, staffing coordination, and problem-solving
Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification and UT LBA (or eligibility for licensure)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in ABA strongly preferred
- Willingness to provide occasional in-home support
- Reliable vehicle for local travel around Salt Lake County
- Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
Pay
$80,000 – $110,000 annual salary with room for advancement.
