About the role

Provide behavioral analysis services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop interventions to address challenging behaviors.
  • Train and supervise paraprofessionals and family members in implementing treatment plans.
  • Evaluate progress towards treatment goals and make necessary adjustments to plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with data management software.
  • Knowledge of ethical standards in applied behavior analysis.
