About the role
Provide behavioral analysis services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop interventions to address challenging behaviors.
- Train and supervise paraprofessionals and family members in implementing treatment plans.
- Evaluate progress towards treatment goals and make necessary adjustments to plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data management software.
- Knowledge of ethical standards in applied behavior analysis.
