Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Cincinnati and Surrounding Area

About the role

Provide behavioral analysis services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop interventions to address challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support the implementation of treatment plans.
• Monitor progress towards treatment goals and make necessary adjustments to plans.
• Participate in supervision meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
