Mastermind Behavior Services is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Pay
Pay Range: $70-90/hour
Schedule
Part Time. Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability. Location: New Providence, New Jersey
