Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs
- Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism
- Serve as a supervisor and mentor to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff, including ongoing training and performance feedback
- Analyze data regularly to evaluate client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings
- Provide parent training and support to enhance treatment outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism
- Experience administering assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, Brigance, and conducting FBAs
- Strong understanding of ABA methodologies, including Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Verbal Behavior (VB)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
