Empire ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This is a part-time position with the potential to ramp up to full-time as caseload grows.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and provide clinical direction to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
- Collaborate with caregivers and families to implement treatment plans and provide training
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and therapy sessions
- Coordinate with the team on clinical planning, scheduling, and client communication
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Active Missouri LBA
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Experience supervising RBTs is preferred but not required
