Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports
- Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Maintain a caseload and deliver hands-on, high-quality clinical care
- Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs
- Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance using evidence-based practices
- Perform functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations
- Ensure compliance with Utah state regulations, ethical standards, and quality benchmarks
- Conduct regular treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks
Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility for licensure)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in ABA strongly preferred
- Willingness to provide occasional in-home support
- Reliable vehicle for local travel around the Salt Lake City area
