Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports
• Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Maintain a caseload and deliver hands-on, high-quality clinical care
• Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs
• Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance using evidence-based practices
• Perform functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations
• Ensure compliance with Utah state regulations, ethical standards, and quality benchmarks
• Conduct regular treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks

Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility for licensure)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
• Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in ABA strongly preferred
• Willingness to provide occasional in-home support
• Reliable vehicle for local travel around the Salt Lake City area

Pay

$70–$90 per hour
