Apple ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Serve as a supervisor for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTS) and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as necessary.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Location: New Jersey

Qualifications

A current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is preferred. Experience supervising RBTS and implementing ABA programs is essential. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are also required. Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives is a must.
