Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

The Clinical Staff - Maryland BCBA position is available in multiple locations across Maryland, including Baltimore, Germantown, Frederick, Silver Spring, Columbia, and Annapolis. This role requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on individual client needs
• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors
• Provide direct behavioral support to clients in various settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Train and supervise other staff members providing behavioral services
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as necessary

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
