About the role
The Clinical Staff - Maryland BCBA position is available in multiple locations across Maryland, including Baltimore, Germantown, Frederick, Silver Spring, Columbia, and Annapolis. This role requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on individual client needs
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors
- Provide direct behavioral support to clients in various settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Train and supervise other staff members providing behavioral services
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as necessary
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
