Job Summary
As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to clients
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and other staff members
- Conduct behavioral skills training for parents and caregivers
- Monitor and record client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with ASD
- Strong background in ABA and experience working in a clinical setting
