About the role

Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026 - 2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analytic services to students in an on-site school setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress and program effectiveness

Schedule

• Full Time
• 37.50 hours per week
• Schedule aligns with school hours and district calendar

Location

• Lakewood, WA
• On-Site

Pay

• Weekly pay range: $65.22 – $74.64 per hour on a local contract
• $2,000 Completion Bonus for clinicians and educators who commit to and complete their full school year assignment (30+ hours/week)

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire
