Key Responsibilities
- Develop individualized positive behavior intervention plan (BIP).
- Provide ongoing support and training for teachers and staff on behavior management techniques and strategies related to students.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the behavior intervention plan and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop a comprehensive support plan for the student.
- Assist in crisis intervention and the development of proactive strategies to prevent behavioral issues.
- Communicate effectively with the family, providing them with resources and guidance to support their child's behavioral development at home.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification or special education certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience working in an educational setting is preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans.

Additional Duties
- Assist guidance, pupil services staff, and building administration, as needed.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
