About the role

The Hope Autism Clinic is a division of the non-profit Hope, dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic services to local communities. Services offered include applied behavior analytic services (ABA), parent and family guidance, and in some settings, speech therapy. Treatment plans are tailored to meet individual needs and involve collaboration among professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ethical and evidence-based behavior analytic services to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Manage cases, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and communicating progress to clients and families.
• Incorporate families and caregivers into treatment planning, providing regular updates and training.
• Document all sessions accurately and submit reports within required timelines.
• Adapt to feedback from supervisors and adjust behavior and practices accordingly.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• An active BCBA credential from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
• At least 5 years of experience providing behavior analytic services.
• A thorough understanding of ABA principles.
