Serving children ages 2–8, the Autism Clinic offers applied behavior analytic services (ABA), parent and family guidance, and in some settings, speech therapy. Responsibilities

• Deliver ethical and evidence-based behavior analytic services to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities in accordance with Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) guidelines.
• Provide clinical case management for an assigned caseload, including assessments, goal conceptualization, therapy hour recommendations, treatment plan creation, data review, and stakeholder communication.
• Involve families or caregivers in treatment by including training goals, providing frequent progress updates, and delivering monthly parent/staff training in appropriate settings.
• Complete all required documentation thoroughly and accurately within specified timelines; convert sessions in the time reporting platform within 24 hours of completion.
• Accept supervisory feedback and adjust practices accordingly.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, an active BCBA credential, and in good standing with the BACB or a Master’s degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience providing behavior analytic services.
• Thorough understanding of the principles of ABA.
