About the role
Ambitions ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools
- Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Review session notes and provide constructive feedback
- Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings
- Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary
Requirements
- Active BCBA Certification
- Proficient with various assessment methods
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and management abilities
- Passion for working with children and families
