Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and interpret results.
- Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions.
- Develop and apply assessment and intervention methods for various cases, even in new situations.
- Train others to implement ethical and effective behavior interventions based on research.
- Submit session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans on time.
- Ensure ABA providers collect accurate data according to The Learning Tree’s policies.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise ABA Paraprofessionals and RBTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Provide 1:1 direct supervision and guidance to team members.
- Update treatment plans based on data and ongoing assessments.
- Oversee the collection of appropriate and accurate data.
- Conduct face-to-face parent training and treatment planning as needed.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications
- BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
- Possess an active, valid and unrestricted certificate(s)/ license(s) to perform applied behavior analytic services in the State where services are being provided.
- The ability to travel to and between client locations.
