Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Design, implement, and oversee ABA treatment programs
- Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and treatment modifications
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff
- Provide parent and caregiver training to reinforce treatment goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health services
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Active Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral interventions
- Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
