About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and be committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing support to clients and their families
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Manage behavioral health providers

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Familiarity with medical records management and diagnostic evaluation processes.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
