About The Opportunity
Alpaca Health partners with experienced BCBAs to build and grow their own independent ABA practices. Instead of working for a traditional ABA company, you become the owner and clinical leader of your practice—with control over your clinical care, caseload, schedule, team, and growth.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to clients and families.
- Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Monitor client progress and use data to guide clinical decisions.
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to your team as your practice grows.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals involved in client care.
- Build and grow your practice while maintaining high standards of clinical care.
What Alpaca Provides
- Support getting your practice in-network with major insurance payers.
- AI-powered technology for scheduling, documentation, data collection, and practice management.
- Billing, credentialing, and administrative support.
- Support with building and scaling your clinical team.
- Operational infrastructure so you can spend more time focused on clients and your practice.
Who This Is For
- BCBAs who are ready for greater clinical and professional autonomy.
- BCBAs who have considered starting their own ABA practice but aren't sure where to begin.
- BCBAs who want to choose their clients, schedule, caseload, and team.
- BCBAs who want to build a practice they own rather than work for someone else's.
- BCBAs who have the clinical experience and entrepreneurial mindset to lead a practice.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Active [State] Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, where required.
- Experience providing ABA services and working with clients and families.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practice.
Why Alpaca Health?
You shouldn't have to choose between being a great clinician and building something of your own. With Alpaca, you remain the owner and clinical leader while we handle much of the infrastructure behind the scenes. You decide how you want to practice and how you want to grow.
If you're ready to build an ABA practice that's truly yours, we'd love to hear from you.
