About the role
This is a full-time opportunity for a BCBA to work in an outpatient setting with children and adolescents. The role involves providing clinical support, working collaboratively with families, and training future BCBAs.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support to clients and families
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OTs and SLPs
- Implement evidence-based practices such as EIBI or ESDM
- Train and mentor new behavior analysts
- Contribute to future research and professional development
Requirements
- Master’s degree and BCBA certification & licensure in South Dakota
- Prior experience with autism spectrum disorders and challenging behaviors
- Experience with early childhood development preferred
- Ability to provide EIBI or ESDM services preferred
- Clear background check and drug screen required
