Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Clinic Based

About the role

This is a full-time opportunity for a BCBA to work in an outpatient setting with children and adolescents. The role involves providing clinical support, working collaboratively with families, and training future BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to clients and families
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OTs and SLPs
• Implement evidence-based practices such as EIBI or ESDM
• Train and mentor new behavior analysts
• Contribute to future research and professional development

Requirements

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification & licensure in South Dakota
• Prior experience with autism spectrum disorders and challenging behaviors
• Experience with early childhood development preferred
• Ability to provide EIBI or ESDM services preferred
• Clear background check and drug screen required
