BlueSprig is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Woodstock, Georgia to lead a team of behavior technicians, develop individualized intervention plans, and collaborate with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of behavior technicians
  • Design and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with families and physicians to deliver ABA therapy

Pay

  • Total Annual Compensation: $89,000 - $113,000
  • Annual Salary: $82,000 - $95,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 - $18,000 (paid monthly)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 - $20,000 (varies by start date and location)
  • Annual Merit-Based Salary Increases
