About the role
We are seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in Arizona. You will serve a caseload of individual clients, supervise assistant specialists and behavior technicians, and provide training for parents and other direct care staff as needed.

Requirements
- Experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment settings (autism services preferred)
- Experience providing clinical oversight to others
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed as a Behavior Analyst by the AZ Board of Psychologist Examiners (or eligible to apply if from out of state)
- Must possess your own reliable transportation and be able to provide proof of insurance, registration, a valid driver's license and meet all other compliance requirements for hire
- Must be Arizona-based OR in the relocation process
Qualifications

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 DOE, with additional paid travel expenses.
Schedule
Opportunities to work in Mesa clinic, Avondale clinic, or a 100% home-based caseload, with some remote opportunities.
