About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at BlueSprig, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy. Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Pay

• Total Annual Compensation: $92,000 - $113,000
• Annual Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
• Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 - $18,000 (paid monthly)
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 - $20,000 (depending on start date and location)
• Annual Merit-Based Salary Increases
