About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at BlueSprig, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy. This role offers clinical autonomy, trusted judgment, and the opportunity to make a real difference in an environment that values ethical practice and empowers providers.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Pay

  • Total Annual Compensation: $92,000 - $113,000
  • Annual Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 - $18,000 (paid monthly)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 - $20,000 (depending on start date and location)
  • Annual Merit-Based Salary Increases
