Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote (Ohio Licensed Required)

Achieving Stars Therapy is hiring a remote BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) licensed in Ohio to conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients. This role is 100% remote and focused strictly on assessment and clinical writing—no ongoing case management required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial ABA assessments
• Analyze data and identify clinical needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans in compliance with payer requirements
• Ensure timely completion of assessment reports
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Active Ohio Licensed Behavior Analyst (COBA) (required)
• Proven experience writing ABA treatment plans
• Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Pay

$70–$85 per hour (based on experience)
