Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD
- Conduct assessments and data analysis to gather information and track progress
- Train and support caregivers in the implementation of treatment plans
- Collaborate with other GreenLight ABA professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in the field
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in ABA therapy for children with ASD
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of children with ASD
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Knowledge of assessment tools and data analysis techniques
Skills
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively with children and families
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
