Compensation: $75,000 Qualifications Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Master’s degree (required) Commitment to client-centered care and professional growth Strong clinical skills in ABA, assessment, and data-driven patient care BCBA certification (required) Responsibilities Lead ABA programs and provide clinical supervision for children with autism Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation Support program development and quality improvement initiatives Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (ABA, Speech, OT) to ensure cohesive care
