About the role

Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is clinician-owned and clinician-operated, committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for patients while creating a supportive, collaborative environment where the clinical team can thrive. Serving children from birth through age 12 in Cypress, Katy, and Richmond, Texas, Reliant ABA provides evidence‑based Applied Behavior Analysis to build skills in communication, behavior, social interaction, independence, and emotional well‑being. BCBAs collaborate with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy teams to deliver holistic, wraparound care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence‑based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic‑based ABA services to children with a variety of developmental and behavioral needs.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize client progress.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and members of the multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Partner with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support comprehensive client care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on ABA research and best practices.

Pay

Competitive compensation: $85,000–$108,000 annually, plus opportunities for additional earning potential through billable bonuses, sign‑on bonus, and return‑to‑work bonus.
